Versa 4 Review

I had a FitBit Versa Lite but upgraded to Versa 4 last year. To say the Versa 4 has been a disappointment is an understatement. The Versa Lite was SO consistent and ran well everyday! The Versa 4 has a number of glitches that I experience everyday. The alarm disappears, the on wrist calls does not work, sleep date and weather does not sync.

Hi @GinaMVee - the Versa lite was a good watch with the old Fitbit App.

While the Versa 4 may not be as good as the Versa Lite, the new app released in September can also bring problems. To see which, probably best to look  in "The redesigned Fitbit app is rolling out!" topic in the appropriate iOS or Android app forums where you will see more fully the issues.

Unfortunately it would seem likely you are stuck with this version officially. Though there may be some tweaks over time already mentioned there.

I too am very disappointed with versa 4.  No accuracy with steps.   Gets right up to my goal and doesn’t calculate any steps even when walking.   It is under warranty I want another model or new one
