Versa 4 alarms won't go off

My alarms are set but no longer go off. I’ve tried deleting them and resetting them but still not going off. Both smart wake and standard. It’s driving me mad!

I have the same problem . There are also other alarms that i didn't not programed and i can't find them and they wake me up in the middle of the night 😡
