Versa 4 & swimming

Is there any way to see the distance I swim during my workout instead of just the time? I’m interested in how far I swim during a session. My Versa 3 was able to show me my distance in real time. Thank you.

Hi @CAPelletier - as the screen is locked during swimming you probably can't change what is shown but check the swim settings with a swipe up before starting the swim.

However there are things that this watch won't do that a Versa 3 will.

@CAPelletier you sure you had Versa 3? Since Versa 2 there is no way to see anything else on Versa watches than timer while swimming. Said that, Versa 4 won't show you distance or laps in real-time.

Thank you for the comment, T.Parker! Yes, I did have the Versa 3. I gave
it to my son and just double-checked with him. The Versa 3 showed both the
time as well as the distance swam. I wish they could do that with the Versa
4. ☹️
