My Versa is recently purchased and will not hold a charge for more than 2 days. The face is lit up at night when in bed which I assume might be the problem

Hi @PABlom341 - you may have the Always On option enabled and have not set a sleep schedule for the watch also.
In the watch Settings Quiet modes menu set up a sleep schedule, this does multiple things like turn off the display, dim it if it comes on, turns on do not disturb.
If you have a Versa 4 pull down the watch face and turn off all the icons. This will stop the clock face from being on all the time and only come on when you raise your wrist to look at it, double tap it or push the button.
It should extend your battery life.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @PABlom341!
Adding to what @Guy_ has already mentioned, you should restart your Versa 4 by keeping it's side button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display. Make sure you've synced your device with your Fitbit app before that to not lose any data it has tracked so far.
