@Lushtr1976 Thanks for getting back and for the extra details in your previous post.

Please note that the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.

Let me know if that helps.

Hi there, @Lushtr1976. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not charging. I'll be glad to help you with this.

Sometimes a Fitbit doesn’t seem to be charging when actually the issue is that it has become unresponsive (this can happen if the battery has been allowed to discharge completely). I'd recommend putting it on to charge on a charging wire and outlet known to be working.  Leave it on the charger for a good two hours, even if it doesn’t seem to be charging.

When it has had two hours, try the restarting your Versa 4. I would recommend trying this maybe twice in a row if a first try doesn’t work.

Hope this helps!
