Versa 4 battery issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I Have been a Fitbit owner since 2015 and have never had a problem.  My fitbit is saying that the battery is too hot to change, and the battery is dead.  I have not done anything different, so I am not sure what the problem is.  Please let me know how I can get this fixed.  Thank you. 🙂

I forgot to mention it is the Fitbit Versa 4. 🙂 Sorry.

Hi there, @Tracey9876. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not charging properly. I understand your concern, we're here to help you!

Since your Versa 4 is getting warm, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.

This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done. Click here to get access to it.

@TeagirlTX It's nice to see you around the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with your Fitbit device. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our products and services into consideration.

Even though I truly appreciate you took the time to come here and express your feelings towards your experience with your Fitbit device and also want to find a resolution to your issue, my best advice is to keep the conversation with our Support Team. Note for this kind of inquiries/cases/process, there's not so much we here in the forums can do for you as this is something that our team handles based on our policies. Thanks in advance!
