My 2 year old Versa 4 stopped tracing sleep. Tried to restart and holding down button logo appears, flashes then red X appears across screen! Is it junk now?

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not tracking your sleep and shows a Red X with the restart.
Would you be so kind as to let me know if your app displays any message indicating an available update? If you don't see any message, please follow the steps below:
If sync now doesn't show you an update banner please try this steps:

Hi…tried both of your suggestions and neither worked.. said watch had just synced and no update banner. 98% charged and now when I take off charger cable no lights on back io watch.. . Even tried using other charging cable… from past experience with versa 2 I’m thinking it’s the end of its life! Thoughts please
