Versa 4 is missing steps and the battery is draining quickly

So, I’m realizing that steps are going missing the last few days anyone else? I have a versa 4 I got in September. I also notice it’s wanting to charge more often now. I know it’s November but that’s too soon for me for it to be messing up. I will be returning it and getting an Apple Watch.

Hi there, @ferrel63. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not syncing your steps properly and that the battery seems to be draining quickly. I understand how you must be feeling, I'll be glad to help you! 

Regarding your steps not being transferred to the Fitbit app, this would be because your Versa 4 is not syncing with the Fitbit app. If you're running into syncing issues, please see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?/

As for the battery draining quickly, please bear in mind the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.

That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
