Versa 4 is not working properly

Hello my fitbit versa 4 will  not  still  full 6 hours  changing  and  the battery  dead 's fast  and I turn off the always display  and   also everything  other app or turn off and it say    my fitbit  device is above   operating  temperature   cool it down to resume  the changing  it only at 67%  and I got new wall price and charger  cord     and keep say   it will  not let my sync   so do I delete  my fitbit  account   and restart  everything   over

Hi @SunsetRunner - it would seem there is a problem with the watch which can be replaced under warranty.

 

But first try chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support, to isolate the problem.
