Versa 4 is showing the wrong time

The time has stopped at 9.48 pm this evening on my Versa 4 - hasn’t changed since that time. I’ve just got this watch today started it up and did all the updates - this never once happened before on my previous Fitbit.  Have been into the app and sync’s it but still hasn’t changed. The rest of the data on the watch is correct - steps, heart rate showing and changing but just not the time - any ideas?

Hi @Sj1501 - did you try restarting the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds and then wait for the logo to appear and for it to restart.

If it happens again try changing clock face.
