Versa 4 isn't working

I can't get my versa 4 to work it keeps coming up with connected screen and I can't update it please help

Sad to hear that your Versa 4 isn't working as expected. As a first attempt to get things fixed I'd suggest trying to restart your device. To do so please hold Versa 4's button for around 10 seconds until it's display shows the Fitbit logo.

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
