Hi there, @Andy3678. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 keeps resetting itself. I will do my best to help you wit this!

Please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi MarreFitbit ,i can't even get to the home screen to factory reset as it just reboots all the time

I'm having the same issue as well with my Versa 4. Continuous re-boot loop with no way to reset, so all the proposed methods of soft/hard reboot and changing watch faces are not applicable.

Glad I’m not the only one with this issue now! That scary red X. I’ve tried resetting, charging, shutting down. Nothing is working!
