Why does my fitbit versa 4 all of a sudden have the wrong date and day? For example, today it says it's Friday the 5th and it is actually Wednesday the 3rd. Any one else have this happen or know how to fix it?

Hi @TashaMacInnis - normally syncing the watch will set the time right but it doesn't always work.
It can be a clock face issue and changing to another one may help.
First hold the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start, then sync with the Fitbit App.
If this doesn't work, and changing clock face neither, in the Fitbit App, App settings try a different time zone and sync and then set the correct one and sync.
