Versa 4 not syncing

Hello.

My Versa4 stop syncing with my Galaxy A13 phone. Removed App and reinstall it.  Even did a factuary reset on my watch (saw it on Youtube) and nothing is working.  Now I have a watch telling me to link with my phone and my phone not able to synch.  Any Ideas on what to do?  Chat for 2hr with Google and they told me that they would be working on it but not sure when and where I should look for any update.  Now I have an intellignet watch not even intelligent enought to show me the time.. Any advise would be appreciate.

Today my versa 4 wouldn't sync with my Android phone. Very frustrating.  Glad to know I'm not alone.

Same issue.  This is honestly all BULL! I'll never buy a Fitbit product again.  Good job Fitbit/Google 🙄🙄🙄

They released version 4.28.2 of their app yesterday and said that should fix the issues. I updated today on my Galaxy A10 and it does not work. Still unable to sync.

Will I get a refund on the remainder of my premium subscription should I need to replace my watch(not holding my breath on this one)

You would think such An Itech company would have pre thought any issues during the build up to switch over.

So glad I don't have the subscription but my Versa is only 3 months' old. I

Dont think they are that keen on refunding anyone anything even tho its there fault.

I agree. With such huge resources they have, it just shouldn't happen. I
think anyone who has Premium should get a refund

Hello,  yes you should definitely  get a refund if you have premium as its not fit for purpose if not working but whether you will is another issue

Fitbit told me not a chance as it was an issue they were aware of and it wasnt a product issue.
The guy on the online chat was rude and just kept repeating the team are aware you just have to wait.🤷‍:female_sign:😡.

I don't know how Google and Microsoft know, but I've started getting lots of emails and FB posts from other smartwatch companies. Must be AI?

It's Nov. 1st and my watch and phone have not synced in 10 days. I have a Galaxy A13 phone also. I uninstalled and reinstalled app. Did a factory reset on watch. Now it is worse, since now I don't even have the time on it. I've had it for 10 months. I hope that Google resolves the issue soon!
