Versa 4 not turning on / Not pairing with app

Hello, 

My versa 4 stopped working a little while ago. At the time, I tried a bunch of things I found on the forums to get it to work. I can't quite remember everything and I'm willing to try them all again.

I will not turn on anymore. When I try to turn it on, I get a red 'X' on the screen

When I try to pair the device now (I previously deleted it from the app and unpaired it from my phone), It begins connecting, then never shows the 4-digit pairing code required to set it up. It stays stuck on the fitbit logo

Any help would be much appreciated!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 4.
To start please make sure that your Versa 4 is fully charged. If you have trouble doing this I'd suggest having a closer look here:

In order to hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest to start with uninstalling your Fitbit app after having synced your data first. Next please restart your phone, install the Fitbit app again and log in with your Google account. Then restart your Versa 4 by keeping it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on your device's display. Next add your versa 4 to your Fitbit app.
If you're done with that I'd suggest to change the clock face of your Versa 4 as mentioned here:
