Hoping someone can help me.... I've had my Versa 4 for 2 days and my screen brightness remains dim no matter if the detting is on "normal" or "bright"... It will light up super brightly for 2 secs then revert back to dim. Do I need to send it back (which is super annoying) or is there something else I can do?? I'm finding this so frustrating.
P.S: Sleep mode is definitely off.

Hi @LAURAAPRESLEY - this is a common problem with the default firmware, though brightness may be adjustable from watch Settings more reliably but does still seem to have a mind of it's own. You may not have the latest firmware yet. To check
Swipe the watch face down to get to Quick Settings, select Settings, scroll to About Versa 4, System info, Version should end at least 194.86
If you have an older version an update should come in a few days.
