My steps are wrong every day

im done

Hi @Dre33 - are you sure the watch is syncing properly?

One of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App is it loses connection and stops syncing.

In the app pull down on the phone display to start manual sync.

If this fails try turning Bluetooth off and on or even restarting the watch and possibly the phone too and try again.

In the Fitbit App, Device page also make sure you don't have the phone connected as a device.

I have a Versa 4 and it's quite accurate.  I walk several miles per day.  Can you tell us more about what issue you are having specifically ?

When I go walking I hit start exercise on the app, when I’m done I hit finish, then it syncs and my steps seem right then they sync again and go up like 10,000 steps more - I have to continuously reboot the watch and I had to disconnect my iPhone from the app
It just never works correctly - I have spent hours on the phone with Fitbit.

Wow, sorry this happens. It must be defective.  Mine seems very consistent and I haven’t had any issues.  I do wish I could get an extra 10k in steps however lol.   Maybe you can push them to send you a new one ?
