My Versa 4 has stopped tracking my sleep for a number of nights now. I've never had this issue before. And it has already updated to the new sleep format with no issue. (which I liked the old one).
Id appreciate any help, this is a key part of my daily tracking.

Best AnswerHi,
My Versa 4 has also stopped tracking sleep data. It's been fine for over a year, and suddenly last week, nothing.
I wear it the same way I always have at night. not happy with this.
Update: my sleep was tracked last night. I'm not sure what the "fix" was, and pray it lasts, but I did restart/reboot my device yesterday, among other things.
Best AnswerUPDATE - I did two things yesterday and something worked 😀 sleep is now tracking again. I changed to my other wrist and I also changed my clock face. Probably the wrist, but I had changed to a new clock face around the same time it stopped working.
Best AnswerI had a Versa 2 for almost 3 years that quit automatically tracking my sleep about 5-6 months ago. I logged time manually and miraculously it populated the sleep stages. Well, 2 days ago I upgraded to a new Versa 4 and it's the same thing! Quite frustrating. I know that I've been wearing the watch correctly and not in odd positions that it wouldn't read. What is the real fix?
Best AnswerI have versa also , had it now for almost 2 years and it stopped tracking my sleep about 3 days ago. For the 3 previous days it had been tracking incorrectly saying I’d only slept 4.5 hours restlessly. When I had been asleep closer to 7-7.5 hours. Then like said just stopped. I let battery die then recharged but nothing
