I've had my Versa 4 a little over a year and just today, it has stopped vibrating when I get a notification. The screen lights up so the watch receives it but refuses to vibrate. Yes, I have checked - it is NOT on do not disturb, not on sleep mode, the app is set exactly the same as it was before, to mirror the notifications on my phone (I have a Samsung Galaxy Flip6 so it's the Android app) and it's worked fine with this phone until now. I also tried uninstalling the app, reinstalling and then repairing my watch - the watch is paired because I can see the current weather on my chosen watch face but again, when I get a text message or app notification, the screen lights up but the watch does not vibrate at all.
HELP! I don't know what else to try to get this to work - I've tried shutting down the watch and turning back on, same with my phone and it still won't work. This renders my smartwatch now dumb and pretty much useless. I've had a smartwatch now for so many years, I barely ever look at my phone for notifications, I always look at my watch so I'm super frustrated I keep missing them. Last night, my screen did a weird white flashing thing for a while, out of the blue and I turned the watch off and back on again. I'm not sure I've gotten a vibration since then. Other than the vibration not working, the watch appears totally functional. It even vibrates when I send a test call to the watch but not for normal app, call or text notifications. Appreciate any suggestions or ideas on how to fix this. Thank you!

I did a hard reset this morning - held the button down for 10 seconds, waited for the blue logo to come up, it flashed probably half a dozen times, brought up the red X then closed down and opened back up. Once it did that, it appears to be working fine now so obviously, something happened Saturday night when the screen was flashing white for a while and just needed more than a reboot. I found this answer in a chat forum post back on 9/8/2023. Thank you!
