After only 10 days, my screen quick working and won't respond to touch. When I press the button all it does is vibrate. No change when I try to charge it; the screen stays black but it vibrates when the charger is connected.
Fitbit was on 21% when it quit working. I have no idea if it's actually charging because it will not sync with the app. I let it "charge" for a couple hours so I could try resetting it, but doesn't do anything. Absolute trash!

The screen went black before I even tried charging it. And, yes, I cleaned the contacts and nothing changed. Usually when I plug it in to charge it vibrates and then shows the charging status. The screen remains blank. And it won't sync to my app anymore. The battery was not dead when it quit working.

Just received my versa 4 and it’s not working correctly. Each time I check the time the Fitbit logo appears for about 20sec then the watch face works. Had a :cross_mark: on the screen. Tried to reset it but hasn’t helped. I’ve had a Fitbit for 10+ years. Jane been happy up until now. I’ve contacted Fitbit help. Will let you know how I go. NOT HAPPY

I am not happy, any more!! They made the replacement process really easy... however they never said they would be replacing it with a REFURBISHED Fitbit. I paid for a new Fitbit, I expect a NEW replacement!!

Ok. Talked to Support again, about the 'Refurbished' replacement. I was told the only 'refurbishment' was that they updated its firmware before being sent. Hopefully this is a good thing and the same problem doesn't persist. We'll see.
