Versa 4 stuck on a red X

I had been stuck in a never ending loop of rebooting only to find a red X or just the Fitbit logo appearing then disappearing.

I recommend holding the side button down until the Fitbit logo is flashing, then let go of the button for about 2 seconds, then hold it down again. It then went to a loading bar and powered back on again.

i deleted the device from the Fitbit app and forgot it from my Bluetooth settings and I was able to re-sync it again. I hope this helps anyone, as I struggled to find a solution to the never ending reboot loop.

Hi there, @Celisia. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is still stuck on a red X. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!

Since all the steps you tried didn't work, you have a Versa 4 and report that the screen is unresponsive, I need additional information from you that would best be shared privately. I’m sharing a link to a form for you to fill out so we can look into this further.

This form is only meant for you to use, so let me know once you’re done. Click here to get access to it.

Ciao Annina, come stai?

I put my Fitbit on charge and held the side button down until the Fitbit logo was flashing, I then let go of the button for about 1 second, then held it down again. A loading bar appeared and began to update on the screen. I deleted it from my app and also forgot the device on Bluetooth.
Once it comes on again, it should start the setup process again and you can reconnect it to both the app and Bluetooth.
It was not working the whole day and I just tried everything and that was the only thing that worked.

Same issue here with the loop reboots and red X on the screen.

Seems to be a trend forming here.
