Versa 4 stuck on the time screen

I use clock face SpO2 Signature on my Versa 4, but after a minute or two it changes to a simple generic face called Hawaiian Punch. How do I get rid of the generic clock face and at least get my watch to switch to the default 'resting face'? I have not turned on "always on display".

Welcome back to the Fitbit community, @EGWMeijer!

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa 4.
To hopefully get things fixed, I'd suggest restarting your device by keeping it's side button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.

If that won't work for you, please try changing the clock face on your device. Here's how to do that:

If your Versa 4 still isn't working as expected afterwards, I recommend to do a factory reset on your device. Before doing so, please make sure your device is completely charged. To factory reset your device, first keep it's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo flashing on it's display. Then release the button and immediately keep pressing it again until there's a circle around the Fitbit logo. Now release the button and wait until your device has restarted.
Finally, please follow the instructions provided here to set up your device from scratch:

I'll keep my fingers crossed.
