My Versa 4 isn’t charging. I’ve tried several different ports (which charge other devices), I’ve cleaned the back of my watch and the connector pad and it’s still not charging. Any help much appreciated

Hi @Flosnana - it can be a fault with the charge cable but also try a restart by holding the watch button for 10 seconds till it blanks or vibrates and wait for the logo to appear and for it to start.
If indeed the watch needs charging and this doesn't help see How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen

Hi! I have the same issue, my Versa 3 screen stopped responding while its battery was full and went black. I tried to reset and hear vibration but nothing is happening. The next day I charged and saw the battery level 0% for a sec and the screen went black again. A couple minutes later I see green Fitbit logo dots on the screen but the watch is not starting and doesn’t go back to normal. It’s original charger, I also had an extra for travel. I don’t think it’s the charger. What should I do?
