I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting, but it seems that the chat got disconnected. If the steps they recommended didn't work or the suggestions provided by @alexthecat don't do the trick, please feel free to contact them back for further assistance. Since you already have a ticket open with them so it will be easier to follow up your issue.

I had this problem with my versa 4 when it was about 6 weeks old. I was furious, on vacation. When I got home about 2 weeks later i put it on charge and it charged right up. Now about 3 weeks later, it is doing the same thing not charging. I am very upset. i have the versa 2 for 4 years with no problems. foll9owing to see what other say.

Hi @fwitzel - the Versa 2 charging works well, the Versa 4 charging needs a lot more care, see How to check charge cable - Sense 2/Versa 4 won't charge, won't start or blank screen it may help, also the Versa 2 has features and better HR that the 4 doesn't.
