My new versa 4 is not holding it's charge. Battery depletes in @ 4 hours. Have closed down practically all features etc... Any ideas on how to fix please.

Hi @pampammccarroll - it probably needs replacing under warranty if you are not using the GPS for exercising.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support.

I’ve tried holding all three buttons down for 10+ seconds, held down left butting and lower right for 10+ seconds, charger works for other Versa device. Any other suggestions I haven’t tried?
