I have had my Versa 4 for a few days. It's not syncing my sleep data to the watch even though it syncs everything else. If I turn the watch off and back on, the sleep data will sync. Do I just have to turn it on and off everyday? Because that seems a little silly.

Sad to hear that your device isn't working as expected. Please try to restart it to see whether or not this will fix the issue you mentioned. To do so, press the side button and keep it pressed for 10 seconds until the display goes dark. Then release the button until your Versa 4 has restarted.

Hi there, @TheMeg. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 4 before reaching out. I understand how you must be feeling.
As a first approach, please follow @Talahthas's recommendation.
Also, please keep in mind that your sleep data might take a couple of minutes to show up on your Versa 4. I'd recommend sync your Versa 4 twice in a row just right after waking up.
