Hello. I recently have gotten Versa 4. I realize that if I were to power off the watch and then power on after a few hours, the time is stuck at the time I power off. I have owned a few smart watches before and I dont recall any of them exhibiting this behavior. All of them would keep time in their power off/shutdown mode.
I need to forcefully sync the time before it will match up.
I also observed that if I dont forcefully sync it, it takes a good while before the watch will detect the Bluetooth connectivity to sync. Most of other watches will automatically sync almost immediately.
To try to fix these 2 behaviors, I have unpaired the watch...far too many times but to no avail.
Any advice?

Hi there, @name_hidden. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 4 is not showing the correct time nor syncing properly. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.
In addition, please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? in the order listed.
Please note that the time will be wrong or stuck if you turn off your device as your Fitbit device uses the time of the device you're syncing with.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hi...thank you for your reply.
My sister has a Versa 4 as well. Her watch keeps time when power up from a shutdown mode.
My device meets the requirements and I have tried all the steps before I posted.
