My versa 4 is not syncing properly , it only sync when i disconnected and reconnect the watch with app and then it keep on syncing but do not end and never reconnects. I tried to factory reset the watch and reinstalled fitbit app but the issue still persits and i went ahead and factory reset my phone & watch but in the end it is not syncing
This issue is happening from 3 days
My device : Samsung S23 ultra

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 4 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
