Versa 4 problems
My watch face is stuck at the time 1:26 when I set up the watch!!! Fitbit recommended experts at Howley for a £1 which was to be refunded. I lost connection with Howley only to find they had charged my bank account with £39 £0.50 £0.25 & £0.25!!!! BEWARE FRAUD!!!!
And I am still waiting & wanting a solution? I am wearing a watch and cannot tell the time!!!!

Hi @Malcolm77 Fitbit does not charge for customer support. How did you get a recommendation to contact Howley? When you contact Fitbit customer support, their contact information is on the Fitbit website. If you did, as many have done, a search for Fitbit support, you might not have gotten the real Fitbit. Anyway, I've asked a Fitbit Moderator to stop by to address this with you.

When you say "Fitbit recommended experts at Howley", where did you get this recommendation? I cannot imagine it was actually from Fitbit. I have never known Fitbit to recommend going to a third party for help. Perhaps it was from someone posting on a Fitbit board or on Twitter but that does not make it official Fitbit recommendation.

Hi LizzyFitbit, My clock face on my new Versa 4 is stuck on 7:54. The time is correct on the other screens. Could you post the fix provided by Fitbit Versa 4? Thank you!

I just purchased on yesterday and I’m experiencing the same problem with the clock display. Back to the store it will go.
