Versa 4 can't complete the set up

  • I have the fitbit installed on my Samsung S24 fe. The app and watch sync. It is paired with my phone but every time I try to connect Bluetooth I get the message that an app is needed to use the device.
  • What do I do?.

Hi @Kitten2_98 - in the Fitbit app, go to devices and set up your watch when the watch shows the message.

Otherwise don't go to Bluetooth it is not necessary if it is syncing fine.
