They did not remove all-day sync.  Instead they removed the option to turn it off.  All-day sync is now always on.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi there, @Jefferies2024. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post. We‘re taking your comments and sentiments in regards to our services into consideration. @JohnnyRow Thanks for your input!

To improve your experience with notifications, syncing, and firmware updates, we removed the option to turn off all-day sync from the Fitbit app. When your phone is near your Fitbit device with Bluetooth turned on, it periodically syncs with the Fitbit app to update your stats and download available firmware updates. More frequent syncing rarely, if ever, noticeably decreases your device’s battery life. To learn more about what factors affect battery life, see Can I extend my Fitbit device’s battery life?

Welll I have to MANUALLY sync every time and it takes at least 5 minutes. What is the fix for ths? Seems like Sync All Day has gone to Sync Manually

Hi  @Jefferies2024  @Nigey_Boy - if your phone and Fitbit App are setup correctly and your watch and phone are near each other there is no need to manual sync as it is done automatically.

The trick is to make sure the Fitbit App and associated services can run in background and that location and Bluetooth are left running.

Is what  Fitbit did when they update the app

not the Fitbit it self.

Hi @Rogersbe - if you updated the firmware to 194.61 you could have a syncing problem.

Turning off/on Bluetooth may help or a factory reset back to the previous version.
