Hello, I've been looking and finding issues related to this, but nothing that solves my issue.
Im trying to transfer music, which i have done no problem when my versa was new. Now its been a year or so, I'm not having any luck. It connects to Wi-Fi fine, and when i hit transfer music (for personal Music Storage) it takes a long time to connect, but it does connect. However, after about 30-45 seconds, the desktop app says could not sync because your versa has been disconnected. The watch at this time still shows connection. Battery is at about 75%.. Does any one have any idea why it wont stay connected long enough to sync/ transfer?

Hi @JT2020, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Fitbit Versa since it's unable to download music from your computer.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try to transfer your music again. Please make sure that you are following the procedure that is included in this help page.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
