I moved your post here: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Versa-Smartwatches/Firmware-issues/m-p/3962997#M146390 I believe you originally posted in another thread accidentally as that thread was addressing an iPhone 11. 
Unfortunately your phone, the Samsung A20 is not listed in the devices compatible with the Fitbit App. You can view that list here: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2315 Because your device is not compatible it might cause some of the issues you are experiencing.
