Watch face fades

Woke up yesterday with my fit bit on a blank screen, I’d only charged it 24 hours before so I couldn’t of been the battery. I pressed the back button along with bottom right for 10 seconds, nothing happened.

I placed the watch back on charge for a few hours, the screen has now faded into a white screen. I’ve tried factory reset, train all other reboot options. Please advice how I can resolve this issue.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @SunsetRunner.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the details of the issue with the screen on your watch. Thanks for trying to resolve this and I am here to help.

Since you've already tried to charge your device and restart it, I recommend switching to a Fitbit clock face if you're using a third party clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Let me know how it goes, I'll be around.
