Samsing S10 not syncing to Versa

I have read on the forum that the S10 is not comparable with the Versa as yet,  however is there anyway to get out to receive messages/ calls etc - I have tried all the steps suggested.

Hello @Will4721 are you having sync issues as your title explains, or notification issues as your post describes. 

Have you searched the android foeum? 

Does your phone show notifications while on the lock screen? 

Power management disabled for the Fitbit app? 

These are things often overlooked.

My Fitbit syncs & I get notifications for steps reached,  heart monitoring etc, I just don't get phone text messages or calls. I did when I first upgraded my phone but had constant troubles it & had to keep resetting the watch by holding the back button & bottom button. However that hadn't worked this time & had been over 4 weeks with no messages or calls.  Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
