Hi, is your screen still responding by pressing the left button? if yes: "From the watch face, swipe to the left until you see the Settings app. Open it, scroll to About, and then select Factory reset." See this article with tips and tricks for the Versa Lite, including Factory Reset (scroll all the way down to find it). There is a picture in that article that shows the Factory Reset function on the Lite.
If your screen is totally unresponsive, contact Customer Support.

Add for add I know, the Versa Lite does not have a factory reset.
It does have a restart that may be done through a menu option or using the hardware method.
I find the help docs, link below, to be very useful.
How do I restart my Fitbit device?

according to your answers if a versa lite is blocked on start logo screen and do not respond to restart by long press on button , there is no way to reboot at factory status.
sad news for friends on french part of the fitbit community.
thanks for attention

If the screen dies not respond @SunsetRunner then a factory reset, actually a restore not reset will not work.
We will want to do a restart by placing the tracker into its powered up charger and while the Versa is charging we will hold in the button. This should restart both the firmware and hardware, getting up whatever caused the hardware lockup. If the restart fails a factory reset rust simply clears all users data will not fix the screen.
As for a factory reset/restore this needs to be done through the settings and requires the screen to be able to respond.
@SunsetRunner interesting link, but I would rather click on the help link before and read straight from Fitbit.

Hi R, you're right about that, but if you have read my answer carefully, it starts with: If your screen is still responsive. Thereafter, I adviced, when not responsive, to contact customer support.

If I factory reset my Fitbit versa on the watch itself, does it wipe out the information within the app as well?
