I have the honor 10 and have been fuming as it wouldnt sync at all. It was becoming a pain in the end and fitbit were no help at all
I tried all the tips they tell you to but to no avail but have found one myself
Go to settings
System and reset settings
Reset network settings
This completely resets the bluetooth and its worked for me... Been on for over 24 hours now. Id have been lucky to get it to work for 24 seconds before
Hope it can help others

Go into settings, then goto apps
Uncheck the power intensive prompt, then click on app launch
Uncheck manage automatically and the other check boxes will turn to on, click ok
At bottom of screen click options, then choose special access
Select ignore battery optimisation, at the top click on allowed and pull down will open, choose all apps
Scroll to Fitbit and click on it, choose allow to ignore battery optimisation, then click ok
As well as resetting your Bluetooth connection settings as mentioned prior I use these settings to get a bit more reliability for my connection.

I was able to follow what you said until the last 3 screens. Not sure where you went to get to those options s

The 3rd screen is what you get when you are on settings/apps and then press the options button at the bottom of the screen

Hi mate. Would be awesome if this works. Could you give some detail of what it does to get syncing working?

Thanks. Tried the app and its been 5 hours, still working smoothly. I'll be testing it out for the next few days if it would be a permanent fix, then would definitely recommend it to everyone.

That's awesome! Installed the app, the quick fix didn't seem to help, so I just did the instructions for running the service, and all of a sudden the app pairs with my Ionic. If you can do that, I can't understand why Fitbit couldn't have done so as well!

How does it's fix the issue? Also is it one time fee?

After going to bed and just getting up, refreshed my dashboard and can see last synced 5 mins ago and shows me my sleep for last night - still working for me so far!

It's good to hear that.
I constantly updating the app based on users feedbacks, so keep it updated...

I got your mail with debug info. Looks like this fix will not work with your phone.
Maybe you can try another method: I will update my app tomorrow with some additional option to fix sync if all previous attempts failed
