Access to intraday requests but not showing up in api.

Hi all,

Our request for intraday access was approved a few months ago. This week we wanted to start working on with the intraday data, but we are unable to get any of the this data. We request the data with the right api calls and we checked heartrate, sleep and activity for intraday data. Is there something else we should be doing?

Are you seeing a response when you execute the intraday endpoints? Can you provide me with the status code and message you are seeing if there's an error? Also, please PM me your Client ID so I can ensure that your application has the intraday data enabled.
