Hi, I've applied to get the "Get Heart Rate Intraday Time Series" endpoint to access your heart rate data. Our application Nutrieduc collects patient data, we currently collect sleep data, but now we need to collect heart rate data to see the R-R interval. I made the request on the form (https://dev.fitbit.com/reference/web-api/help/), but I did not have any answers.
Return when send test in api

I see, you just need intraday access. If you have already submitted a request via the form you linked above someone will review your request and get back to you as soon as they can. I will reach out to make sure that your request was received.

Users need to grant your app the 'heartrate' scope described in https://dev.fitbit.com/reference/web-api/oauth2/#scope
You can do this by sending the user back through the Authorization flow appropriate for your application and requesting the heartrate scope. More documentation on that can be found here - https://dev.fitbit.com/reference/web-api/oauth2/#obtaining-consent

Users all in the following scope: activity social heartrate settings location weight nutrition profile sleep
I can currently collect sleep data normally, only the heartrate that is with this restriction

Thanks, last time I exchanged some messages with Rondell M. I told him about our application called Nutrieduc. If you can check how our request is, I'd be very grateful.

@ChrisMFitbit thank you for monitoring these forums. I also would like intraday access to add extra functionality to my application Pulse Watch as requested by user @Jess88 (Click here to read more about the request). I have the code written to calculate and show daily average heart rate data but I can only use the feature for myself since intraday access is limited. I have sent two requests for intraday access via the form and have not heard back from Fitbit. Can you please make sure that my request(s) were also received? Thank you so much!

Hello, @ChrisMFitbit we tried to request for intraday data through https://dev.fitbit.com/reference/web-api/help/ but still haven't got any answer for two/three weeks. How long does it takes to review request and grant access to data ?

Hi @ArtursB,
Apologies for the delay, many people are out for the Holiday season and we may have reduced capacity to review intra-day applications. I will follow up with those responsible for the review process regarding access for your application and get back to you later this week.
Thanks,
Chris

Hi @ArtursB,
I am sorry to keep you waiting - I am waiting to hear back from the folks to do the approvals. I just pinged them again, so I hope to hear back by this afternoon.
Moving forward, I am looking into a way to make this process more transparent to developers - I feel that will be the best option for everyone.
Thanks,
Chris

Heard back from the team responsible for approvals, and we are having trouble tracking down the original requests. Can you please confirm that the App Ids listed below are correct for each of your apps, then resubmit your intraday request so we can be sure we got them?
I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hi @ArtursB
I am currently on paternity leave, but I have forwarded this request to my team and the team responsible for approving these. It was mentioned that customer support did not see any incoming intraday requests in their queue. Please be sure that you sent your request through https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/help/ and selected "Intraday Access" or it will go to the wrong place. Additionally, when you have submitted a request you should get a support case/ticket # - please write this down for your records so that we can use it to find out where your request went.
I'm very sorry about this - I will continue to work to get this process improved in the future so this does not happen again.
Thanks for your continued patience,
Chris
