CSV or GPX import

I have never developed any software, but was considering starting, as nothing seems to exist currently for importing multiple files of GPX or CSV files to FitBit.

Would anyone know if this is currently being worked on by someone, or if something already exists?
This seems like a no-brainer, and I am surprised FitBit does not already offer this funtion...

I think that would be an excellent improvement. Coming from Jawbone with 3 years of Up data I would like to import that.
