Can not synchronize steps data after migrating to oauth 2.0

The following fitbit encodedId(user_id) accounts can not be able to synchronize some data resources (profile,steps,minutesVeryActive) from August 28th.

 

Could you please check if there is any problem with them.

I'm having the same issue, want synchronize to my phone to tell me my steps, have to recharge to computer to find out what steps l have taken.....since last Friday

Some users who are using our mobile app (oauth 2.0 ) to synchronize some types of fitbit data(steps, profile, etc). Synchronizing process carried out in normal before August 27th but from August 28th, steps return 0 each day. Could you check if there is any problems during the above time? I can send you the information (fitbit user_id, fitbit appID) by private message.

 

Actually the flow of retrieve fitbit resource data as follows:

①profile data retrieve: OK

②devices data retrieve: OK

③steps data retrieve: NG

status = 400 : Bad Request

④activeMinutes data retrieve: OK

We still havent find out the reason of fail at 3rd step .

Yes since that date whatever you did then my fitbit wont synchronize, unless l charge on the laptop.
