Connect two fitbit devices using peer-to-peer network

ANSWERED

Hi,

Is it possible to connect two or more fitbit devices using a peer-to-peer network? The idea is, to track the wearer's heart rate and steps and if there is an emergency and they are not able to reach their mobile phone, but is close to another fitbit device, which in-turn is close to a mobile phone, can the second device can trigger some application on the mobile phone on-behalf of the first device? Also can the tracked data be sent to the mobile application via the second device?

@Vishaal No, you won't be able to do that. Data can be sent to the user's own mobile device, but not someone else's.
