Hi FitBit team,
I'm interesting to purchase FitBit for our study in Thailand about Physical Activities. May I ask if all the data from 200 FitBit devices can be accessed by the researchers? It can be a hub or interval to collect all the data.
Also, can the data be analyzed by hour or second so we can have a thorough analysis on study group's activities.
Looking forward hearing back from you.

Hi @Supanun
The Web APIs will allow you to pull the Fitbit user data. We support OAuth2 as the mechanism to allow the Fitbit users to consent to share their data with your application. Once the user has consented, you're able to pull that user's data.
We don't have a hub to retrieve the data. The Web APIs is the only method right now, or you may work with one of our partners like Fitabase.
The Intraday data can be made available to you. To request access to the intraday data, please fill out this form: https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/intraday-requests/

As mentioned earlier, the only method we offer to get data for research is through the Web APIs. You'll be responsible for obtaining your own population and getting each person's consent to share their data via our OAuth2 implementation. Please see https://dev.fitbit.com/build/reference/web-api/ for more information. We're happy to help with questions about the implementation.
