Does changing Fitbit profile email impact OAuth Client ID?

We need to update the email of the Fitbit profile used to centrally manage our Fitbit research apps (https://dev.fitbit.com/apps). Will updating the email here https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile impact associated app details such as OAuth Client ID? In other words, is the change 'non-destructive'?

I don't think you can change your contact email in your profile.   However, our support team can transfer your client IDs to a new email address for you.   Please go to our Help page, and submit a ticket using issue tracker
