Don’t receive the full intraday date

I use this endpoint,
/1/user/[user-id]/activities/[resource]/date/[start-date]/[end-date]/[detail-level].json

we filled out the form and received confirmation but we do not receive 

"activities-steps-intraday"

Do you have the case number from your intraday request?   I'd like to confirm that intraday is enabled for your application.

Hi @stanhjr 

When you requested intraday access, you should have received an email with a support case number included.   Do you have this number?   I can look up your request to make certain the intraday is enabled for your client ID.
