I use this endpoint,

we filled out the form and received confirmation but we do not receive

Do you have the case number from your intraday request? I'd like to confirm that intraday is enabled for your application.

When you requested intraday access, you should have received an email with a support case number included. Do you have this number? I can look up your request to make certain the intraday is enabled for your client ID.
