Starting at 11am EST, we have noticed an elevated count of 502 responses when requesting various web API endpoints. Although not nearly as frequent, we have also noticed some 503 and 504 responses.

It seems there was a problem with our site, but has been resolved. Would you please verify for me if you're still seeing a high number of 502 responses?

Thank you for the update. I did not notice any errors with our latest ingestion.
I have been a subscriber of the status page updates for quite some time and noticed that the status did not change during this incident. Given our reporting history of these increased 5XX responses under operational statuses, is there a better way for us to handle these situations?

Following fitbit status is the best way to be alerted of these types of issues. I'll need to check with the team to understand why the site was not updated. My apologies for the inconvenience it caused.
