Hi,
I apologize for coming to the forums, but I couldn't find a support email (and my replies to the intra day request email haven't been answered yet).
I requested intra-day data access three weeks ago and haven't heard a response back.
I think this means my request was denied, but if so, I was hoping for a reason so I could fix any issues and try again.
My case number is 39637266
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you 😊
