I have submitted a request for Intraday data access and while I have been emailing back and forth with Fitbit support, it has been over a week since I originally submitted my request. Additionally, I have called Fitbit support and had my case escalated as well as chatted with Fitbit support. I was advised by Fitbit chat support to post my case (11790453) here.

Okay, so if I get granted Intraday data access, will I have access to my user's lifetime intraday data or only since they authorized my app? Because the clinical trial my app is being used for has already started and the crucial data is already being collected.
