One Third of Calls to API Failing with HTTP 502

Hi there,

 

In the past hour 1/3rd of our requests to the Fitbit Web API have failed with the HTTP response code 502.

 

Is there an incident or partial outage currently?

Hi @devomate,

 

We were alerted of a problem that caused sporadic access with fitbit.com and I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused. This has been resolved and everything should be operational at this time.
