Question about "Source" data on an Activity

My questions are in relation to this data:

 
                Tracker:

                "name" => "Charge 2"
                "type" => "tracker"
                "url" => "https://www.fitbit.com/"
                
                App:
                "id": "228T4Z",
                "name": "FitStar",
                "type": "app",
                "url": "http://www.fitstar.com"

With App sources

  • Is there a list of apps that integrate with Fitbit?

The ID field: What does it mean?

  • Is it UserID?
  • An ID for that specific App?
  • Or an ID for that specific App install (does it get regenerated if disconnected/reconnected app to/from Fitbit)?

  • Is there a list of apps that integrate with Fitbit?   
    • No.  There are thousands of applications that are registered with Fitbit.  
  • What does the ID field mean?
    • It's either the Fitbit id associated with the application or device.
